Decorate your windows for Christmas with the Uni Chalk pack

New colours for our ephemeral Uni Chalk marker are coming! 5 metallic shades, with average and broad tips, which you can find in two packs for the holidays: a selection of cool colours, and another which is warmer, each time with the essential white marker. In each of them you can also find patterns to trace onto your windows, so you can decorate your home as Christmas approaches. Today, let’s look at how to use them with a window decorating tutorial!
Tutorial level: Beginner / Advanced / Expert
For this tutorial, you will need:
- Patterns for tracing, available in the packs or to download here
- Blue tack or sticky tape
- A damp cloth or sponge
1st step: the materials
For this tutorial, in our new Uni Chalk pack you will find felt-tip pens and patterns to reproduce on your windows. You will also need some blue tack or sticky tape, and then for when the moment comes to remove your drawings, a damp sponge.
2nd step: setting up
Choose the window or windows you want to decorate at home.
Then place one of the patterns on the outside of the window and fix it in place with the help of the sticky tape or blue tack.
3rd step: Let the tracing begin!
Once you’re satisfied with the placement of the pattern, you can choose the Uni Chalk colours you like the most and start to trace your designs!
Here, the average tip (1.8-2.5mm) included in the pack will be perfect.
4th step: Admire the result
And there you have it, your windows have never been so colourful and festive! The exercise is accessible to everyone, even the little ones!
Once you’re familiar with the patterns, of course you can let your imagination guide you and draw whatever comes into your head!
