Draw a Rose with the SHALAKU S Mechanical Pencil and EMOTT felt pens

To celebrate this month of love, we invite you to learn how to draw a rose, a timeless symbol of feelings. Express your creativity and let your heart speak with our EMOTT felt pens for vibrant colors and our SHALAKU S mechanical pencil for precise lines!
Here’s what you’ll need for this tutorial:
• A blank sheet of paper
• A SHALAKU S mechanical pencil
• EMOTT felt pens in various colors
The Materials
Start by choosing the surface you want to draw on: it can be a simple blank sheet, drawing paper, or even a sketchbook.
For a perfect sketch, equip yourself with the SHALAKU S mechanical pencil.
Finally, to add a creative touch to your drawing, the bright colors of our EMOTT felt pens will be ideal!
Step 1: Sketch with Some Guiding Lines
To begin, draw a circle with the SHALAKU S mechanical pencil and add a few lines to help guide your drawing.
Step 2: Draw Your Rose
Using the guiding lines you just placed, start drawing the petals. Don’t worry about making them perfectly even or symmetrical.
At this stage, you should start seeing your rose take shape little by little.
Step 3: Erase Extra Lines
Once you’re satisfied with your rose, use the integrated eraser of your SHALAKU S to erase the circle and the guiding lines from the previous steps.
Can you clearly see your rose now?
Step 4: Outline and Add Details
Using the EMOTT felt pens, go over the lines you want to keep.
Consider adding more petals around your base to make the rose fuller and more realistic!
You can also erase any remaining guide marks with the fine eraser of your SHALAKU S.
Step 5: Add Color and Shading
With the EMOTT felt pens, shade the rose by hatching to create depth and dimension—this will make it look like it’s coming off the page!
Feel free to play with different colors to enhance the shading.
Step 6: Add Details with EMOTT Markers
You’re almost there! Take a moment to add details that will make the difference, like small leaves peeking out from behind the rose.
Don’t be afraid to get creative and experiment!
Step 7: The Final Result
And there you have it! Your drawing is complete—what do you think of your rose?
Now you can try drawing other flowers that inspire you.
